Healthy Diets for Healthy Minds and Bodies

Keeping healthy is very hard in today’s fast paced world.  Almost all fast food is highly acidic and there is very little if any PH balance in our diets.  Over the years of eating highly acidic foods, our bodies and tissues are most likely highly acidic too.  Cancer and most aliments we experience are due to this fact, acidic tissues, organs, etc causes severe health issues and short life spans.  Very healthy people can live well over 100 years in full capacity of ther bodies and minds, but our modern diets limit this from being mainstream.

Eating foods that are PH neutral or alkaline or balancing alkaline and acid foods to have a neutral meal is essential in keeping healthy.  If you suffer from fibromyalgia, cancer, rheumatism and arthritis or almost any aliment, changing your diet to an alkaline/ash diet can have a drastic positive effect to your health.

There was a Russian study, where they had health rats that were fed a more alkaline diet versus rats fed a more acidic diet.  They then took a rat with cancer and extracted very healthy cancer cells and injected them into both the acidic rats and the alkaline rats.  The cancer cells died in the alkaline rats but grew and thrived in the acid rats.

My Uncle knew a woman who was near death from cancer.  She had undergone the chemotherapy and radiation treatments, but nothing was suppressing her cancer and she only had weeks left…  she then learned of this new alkaline/ash diet and had nothing to loose, so she completely converted to this new diet and within a few weeks, she was no longer ashen in color and looking like she was near death, but had much more energy and looked a lot more healthy. Infact, 6 months later the cancer was gone and she resumed a normal life.
